Why are you here?
I am here to get an education
What motivates you?
Generally? I have no Idea. Probably many things. In school? I'd have to say succeeding. That could mean both gaining knowledge and getting good grades.
Why do you succeed?
When I do succeed, it is usually when I believe I can succeed. So if I have a positive attitude and believe I can do something I am more likely to succeed.
Why do I fail?
Probably when I do not believe I can do it, or I give up. There are other things involved but I am more likely to fail if I do not believe in myself.
How does your motivation and perspective need to change for you to succeed in this program?
My motivation needs to be more than getting good grades. I need to be motivated to learn all that I can in order to become the teacher I want to be and If that is my motivation I wont need to be motivated by my grades to get good grades. If this is my motivation I will succeed in this program
